Catburg (Котоград) is a free single-player city builder in the browser: a cozy city for curious cats. There is no account and no download. The city is saved in the browser. The interface is in Russian and English.

## What you do

- Lay roads from the highway, including two-lane avenues and bridges, then zone housing, shops and factories along them.
- Give the boxes power and water. Residents arrive only along a road that connects to the highway, and they need both utilities.
- Place services as the city grows: parks, a vet, a school, a litter box, a cafe, a hotel and others. Some open only after the city reaches a higher rank.
- Cats move into finished houses, walk the pavements, wait at crossings, and can be followed. Open a house to furnish its rooms.
- Choose a terrain for a new city: a river (the default), lakes, a forest brook or a coast. Choose a starting mayor; later the city elects its mayor.
- The mayor shifts income, upkeep, house mood and demand a little. Elections do not stop the street, only the passing of days, until the city votes.
